lifting. Focus your attention on exercises ot build the
chest muscles of which the most powerful is the bench
press. Find a weight that you can only lift for ten
repetitions and aim to carry out 5 sets of 10 reps twice a
week.
In addition, the use of squats will greatly boost
testosterone production and so help to correct imbalances
in the female hormone estrogen. After working out, try to
consume a high protein meal within an hour or so of
finishing to provide your muscles with the materials they
need to grow if you want the fastest results possible.
