NEW YORK, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- BLACK ENTERPRISE magazine, the premier business publication for African American executives and entrepreneurs, will present its first-ever Women of Power Summit hosted by State Farm(R) February 1-4, 2006, at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix. The highly- anticipated professional leadership conference designed exclusively for executive women of color will focus on the unique challenges women face both inside and outside the workplace. The four-day career enhancement event will feature executive leadership sessions on topics such as career advancement, corporate politics, changing business trends, leadership skills, and workforce diversity.
