China says outside helps to Myanmar should respect the willingness and
sovereignty of the country and suggests more communication.

    "In regards of the international community's aid to Myanmar, we
think it should be based on equality and
mutual-respect. We should take into consideration and respect the
willingness and sovereignty of Myanmar. We also need to consider the
acceptance ability of the country. We should communicate patiently with
Myanmar."

    "In this regards, we have got understanding and support from the
Japanese government and people. We believe that we will be understood and
supported by them in the future as well. The noise made by a tiny group of
people will not hamper the development of Sino-Japanese relations and the
friendship between the two people."....

    "China is willing to improve the relationship with the Vatican and
we have been making efforts for that. We want to have constructive dialogues
with Vatican on basic principles, so that bilateral relationships can head
towards normalization."
