Bibhuti Nayak in India's western Mumbai attempts entry to the coveted
Guinness record book by taking 34 cartwheels on his knuckles in a minute.

 Bibhuti Nayak in India's western Mumbai on Sunday (March 23)
attempted entry to the coveted Guinness record book by taking 34 cartwheels on
his knuckles in a minute.

Forty-one-year old Nayak, a post graduate in business management and also a
free-lance journalist said that one felt great to have broken into the record
list.

"I practice every morning and evening. My last record I made was two
years ago. After two years I tried it again. This is called cycling on one
hand and balancing the body on my knuckles," said Nayak.

Nayak already have previous records under his belt for having done 819
backhand pushups in one hour, 133 palm push ups in a minute, smashing 3
concrete blocks of 41 pound a piece with a sledgehammer against his groin and
doing 448 stomach sit-ups in an hour.

Nayak has been practicing martial arts, gymnastics, swimming, athletics,
yoga and meditation for over 30 years and is engaged as a fitness consultant
besides conducting self-defense and fitness lessons.
