Without the ability to sell items online, you may find that

storefront's appearance did not match the rest of his website.

Although that sounds minor because it is still fully functional
for customers to place orders, he was worried that it may have
further impact on sales since they had suffered enough loss by

up. He also did not want his website to look less than
professional.

Without a great deal of website design skills, he has
considered hiring a web designer to work out this little
problem of different appearances. Since it is a family owned
