Skyway Software Launches Developer Contest


TAMPA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/27/06 -- Skyway Software, the award

launch of a developer contest that includes a $2,500 gas card for the
grand prize winner.


The contest basics are easy. A developer downloads a free evaluation
of Skyway Builder, creates a project and then submits it via email.
Entries are rated on a scale of 1 to 10 for usability, presentation,
functionality, usefulness and originality. The contest started
February 20, 2006 and ends April 30, 2006; giving developers over two
months to create an application or service entry. In a recent
competition between traditional application development tools and the
Skyway SOA Platform, Skyway Software clearly outperformed the
competitors -- the other software vendors needed 150 to 400 hours to
create an application while Skyway created the same application in 15
hours.


The $2,500 gas card prize is actually a bit more than what the average
driver spends a year on gasoline so the winner should enjoy his prize
all year long. If the winning developer chooses not to take the gas
card, he will win a copy of the Skyway SOA Platform -- Developer
Edition ($5400 value) and can be used throughout the year to build new
applications and services.
