iMesh Enhances Authorized Peer-to-Peer Service with Introduction of
Mobile Ringtones
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 2005--iMesh, the leading
peer-to-peer service offering consumers a legitimate resource to
access the largest selection of digital music in the world, today
announced the introduction of polyphonic ringtones to its service.
Provided by MediaPlazza, a worldwide leader of wireless content
distribution on the internet, the ringtones will be offered to iMesh
users in 55 countries. Ringtones will cost $1.99 in the U.S. and
pricing will vary in other territories.

content only, and price per ringtone will vary per territory. In the
U.S., ringtones will cost $1.99 per download and will be billed
directly to users' cell phones.
iMesh users can download, burn, share and discover music within a
newly established, robust, authorized P2P community. iMesh 6.0 offers
consumers both a subscription plan and a la carte options.
Additionally, the basic iMesh 6.0 service offers access to public
domain tracks drawn from peer collections, original work posted by
users, and the iMesh media player. The player is free to consumers and
enables them to search and sample music, as well as engage in the vast
