Yahoo looking at Us


Yahoo or Google was looking at Grant County to move part of it's
business here? Why? Because we have Fiber Optic and our
electricity is cheap.

So where is this wonderful area ? In the inland Northwest where
land is cheap, real estate taxes are next to nothing, the air is
pollution free and you can hunt and fish practically right
outside your door.

So why am I writing this because I was glad to get an article in
my email where the author was urging Corporate America to get
their head out of their tushes and realize rural America is a
great place to outsource IT jobs.

I AM surprised Microsoft hasn't figured this out. What the
heck, they are only 2 1/2 hours from us.

We also have an excellent college in Moses Lake which just spent
millions building a technology center. It's a shame our young
adults must go over to the other side of the mountains to work
after they graduate.

I love it on this side of the mountains and yes, I did live on
the other side for 47 years but now I have the best of all
worlds because I can do my Internet business and live a serene
life.

So if you are a business owner that is tired of paying
outrageous wages, being taxed up the kazoomie, you might want to
rethink where you are located.

If Yahoo or Google is looking at us -- then hey, howdy --
shouldn't you be too?
