QualityLogic Releases PageSense 5 Printer and MFP Performance Test Tool
Used by Major Printer Companies Throughout the World
MOORPARK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/13/05 -- QualityLogic (www.qualitylogic.com) has released PageSense 5, the newest version of its printer and MFP performance test tool that is used by major printer companies throughout the world. PageSense uses application test files from companies such as Adobe, Corel, Microsoft and others to perform automated throughout performance testing of printer and MFP products.
PageSense 5 is for customers that need support for the latest Adobe applications and for 64-bit printing. Based on a new automation platform, TestComplete by AutomatedQA (www.automatedqa.com), PageSense 5 contains test files and scripts for Adobe Creative Suite 2 Applications. QualityLogic is currently adding support for copy, scan, and fax performance to PageSense 5, and these features will be available in December 2005. PageSense 3 and 4 customers will be offered upgrade pricing, and special discounts will apply if the upgrade is purchased before the end of 2005.
Early in 2006, QualityLogic will begin work to port PageSense to support Windows Vista applications and plans to have a complete Windows Vista version available when the new Microsoft operating system is released.
