need to be aware of which states to look out for when getting
the best credit cards. States like Delaware have very lender
friendly regulations making credit card companies flock there.

Following the de-regulation of the credit card industry, many
low interest/high fee cards appeared. You need to read the
credit card reports carefully and watch which credit cards have
the lowest interest and lowest fees.
