Olivia Newton-John's ex-boyfriend was found alive and living off the coast
of Mexico, four years after he was presumed dead. Authorities are
investigating whether he faked his death.

The ex-boyfriend of Olivia Newton-John, who was presumed dead for
more than four years, was said to be found alive and living off the coast of
Mexico, according to the Coast Guard on Thursday (January 29).
Authorities are also investigating whether the former cameraman faked
his own death and is currently living in a boat off the coast of Acapulco.
Patrick McDermott disappeared during a fishing trip in California in
2005 after going out with the singer for nine years.
Newton-John married 49-year-old American entrepreneur John Easterling
at her home in Malibu, California, last July.
