The National Board of Review Awards bring celebrities to New
York.

With the Hollywood awards season under full swing, The National
Board of Review handed out awards at Cipriani's in New York. Actress Anne
Hathaway, who won the award for Best Actress for her role in the film,
"Rachel Getting Married" said she was wearing Chanel but then broke
away from the interview to say hello to fellow actor, Dev Patel from the
award-winning film, "Slumdog Millionaire." "I love you in
your movie so much! After I saw 'Slumdog', I said to my friends, 'that's my
favorite performance of this year.' You were so beautiful in it. You broke my
heart. It was just gorgeous," said Hathaway.

A big winner was "Slumdog Millionaire" which was feted as
"Best Film of the Year" for 2008, at the 100th anniversary gala of
the NBR. Following hot on the heels of the film's success at the Golden Globe
Awards in Los Angeles, Dev Patel talked about being at the NBR Awards.
"I just feel so blessed that everyone has embraced the film the way
they have, and we are here at the NBRS today. What a dream," said
Patel.

The 100 year old organization screened over 320 films for awards
consideration in 2008.

Hollywood's Awards season ends with the Annual Academy Awards held in
Los Angeles on February 22nd.
