Golden Globes.

Wearing bold sophisticated fashions, Hollywood's finest strutted
the Red Carpet at the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles.

No dominant fashion themes emerged at the Golden Globe Awards
ceremony, as Tinseltown's top actresses donned bold colors mixed with blacks
and blues, and matching accessories.

Anne Hathaway dazzled blue Armani Prive royal blue silk, Angelina Jolie
wore sparkly Versace and Renee Zellwegger donned Carolina Herrera

Other stars who dazzled on stage were Kate Beckinsale in a stunningly
simple white J. Mendel gown and Cameron Diaz in Chanel.

Gloria Baume is the fashion director at Teen Vogue.

Fashion Director Gloria Baume saying,

"It was a very unique year, people felt because of what was
happening in the economy they did not want to be frivolous. They did not want
to be tacky or take risks and it really showed on the red
carpet."

Hollywood's hottest male stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Cruise
chose classic male tuxedos, opting for a safe, sophisticated look.

Fashion Director Gloria Baume saying,

"The way actors like Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks dressed, and
Tom Cruise, I thought was amazing. They are handsome men, they should dress in
a very handsome pulled together way."

The 2009 Golden Globes fashion statement was one of bold sophistication,
