The Pussycat Dolls hope to "dominate" the scene with their latest
album release.

Hoping for the same success as their 2005 hit "Don't Cha,
"Pop-culture phenomenon the Pussycat Dolls release their second studio
album, "Doll Domination."

The Pussycat Dolls, the provocative girl group that broke onto the
pop music scene with their 2005 hit single "Don't Cha," is back with
their second studio album on September 23 (2008).

The new album, called "Doll Domination" features collaborations
with A-listers Timbaland, Cee-Lo, Sean Garrett, and R.Kelly, and showcases
what the five current members of the group claim is their signature, their
strength.

Nicole Scherzinger, Lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, saying:
"I think for this album we ultimately wanted to come back, to
come with this album as strong as we could, so it's always coming from a
strong place, being spoken from a strong place, a very confident place, even
when you go through the harder times in life and things aren't always so
great, to be able to prevail through that, and to do that with sass and class
and lots of attitude."

The Pussycat Dolls began as a modern burlesque troupe in Los Angeles in
1995, and have transformed over the years into a music group and Las Vegas
Nightclub act.

Over the years they have had a fluctuating number of members, with a
rotating door of celebrity guest additions, and a stint as a Las Vegas
nightclub act. Nicole Scherzinger was brought on as lead singer in 2003 and
has been an instrumental part of the group's overall sex appeal.

The Pussycat Dolls begin their much anticipated world tour in January of
2009. The first single from "Doll Domination," "When I Grow
Up" is currently at number nine on the Billboard top 100.
