alk of the Town brings you the latest in news, music and celebrity talk.

The latest celebrity news including a judgment date for Paul McCartney and Heather Mills, plus Neverland Ranch headed to the auction block, the latest on Madonna's new album and Amy Winehouse catches a break.

Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have been given a due date for a judgment in their high-stakes divorce case. The celebrity couple will hear the justice's decision on March 17th -- this after Mills and McCartney failed to reach a deal during five days of hearing behind closed doors.

Also next month, it may be the end of the line for Neverland Ranch. County records reveal that Michael Jackson's famed property will be foreclosed and sold on March 19 unless the pop star comes up with 24 million dollars. No comment so far from Jackson on the pending deadline.

Madonna fans have learned some new details about the queen of pop's upcoming album. The disc, due in stores April 29th, will be entitled "Hard Candy," according to Madonna's publicist. This album is the last that will be released by the singer's longtime label Warner Bros. before Madonna begins a 10-year deal with a division of concert giant Live Nation.

Amy Winehouse has gotten a bit of a reprieve in her Norwegian court case. Lawyers for the Grammy winner were able to postpone a hearing related to her arrest over drug possession issues last October; this after she paid a fine but later filed an appeal.
