McKenzie Scott Job Market Access Center Praised by Thousands
DALLAS, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- "Our Job Market Access Center (JMAC)
is by far the most frequently praised technology resource we provide,"
stated Robert Gerberg, President of McKenzie Scott
(www.mckenziescott.com), the nation's leading provider of job search
resources at $50,000+.
*(LOGO: Send2Press.com/mediadesk/logo-McKenzieScott_72dpi.jpg)
"That is to be expected," Gerberg continued. "It is truly a remarkable
resource that has taken years and millions of dollars to develop. It
puts at a person's fingertips over 85% of the total market for their
particular talents. Normally they'd struggle to uncover even 3%, if
they knew how and had the time. They can identify the advertised and
recruiter openings suitable for them, and the events that signal
emerging jobs in the kinds of companies and industries they are
targeting. They have this information emailed to them on a regular
basis, daily if they like.
"They also get the names of decision makers to contact in target
companies, whether that company is advertising or not. They can
interact with a section that helps them discover the career and
industry directions that would be most suitable for them to explore
further, then gives them contact information for leading and
representative companies in those industries.
"Using the JMAC, they can also organize their efforts, order research
on companies before interviews, study and review advanced job search
strategies, and get written guidance on dozens of key job search
issues. By itself, the JMAC goes a long way toward taking the hard
work out of job changing. People can access in minutes numerous
opportunities that would have taken days or weeks to surface, if
indeed they knew how and had the time. No wonder it's our most highly
praised technology resource."

I have questions on the legitimacy of the JMAC. This site appears to be affiliated with the ITS family of companies, a name that was specifically designed to make searching difficult. They were offering job marketing services for very high prices. I dug a little deeper and found a lot of very negative feedback from victims who signed up for the service and felt they had been duped. A couple of blogs were hosting information about that group, hopefully warning away other would be victims.
This new company and name appears to be the same thing, but with a more elaborate web marketing effort. I would suggest that anyone considering the use of JMAC do some thorough research and ask to speak with individuals who have been actually placed by the service, and also ask to speak with the company hiring manager that hired them. If a company can't provide those types of references, you should not feel comfortable giving them any of your money to help in a job search. My opinion, which is supported by most career management experts, is that you can do your own job search much more effectively than a company can. Re: Re: McKenzie Scott Job Market Access Center

I can confirm that JMAC & ITS are affiliated. I have been getting calls from a saleman trying to get me to sign up. They want to be my "personal marketing company". I can not speak about the legitimacy of the company. I can say that I asked for references, and I was told that they would be provided later in the process. I can say that the person calling is a very seasoned salesman. He has been to all the right courses on how to close the deal; however, I have had the same training. Those tools are actually alarms for me.
If any one can provide information on this, I would appreciate all comments. |
